Who we are
MindMyLanguages is operated by the MindMyLanguages team, based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@mindmylanguages.com.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing address and payment details. Payment is processed securely by PayFast (South African customers) or PayPal (international customers) — we never store your card details. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only.
How we use it
We use your information to process your order, deliver your download links, respond to enquiries, and send updates if you have subscribed. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
How we protect it
Our website uses SSL encryption. Payment is handled entirely by PayFast and PayPal on their secure platforms. We use reputable third-party services that maintain their own security standards in compliance with applicable legislation.
Your rights under POPIA
As a data subject under POPIA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information where we are no longer required to retain it. To exercise any of these rights contact us at hello@mindmylanguages.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your rights have not been upheld.

By accessing mindmylanguages.com and purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms.
Digital downloads
All products are delivered as digital PDF files via email immediately after payment is confirmed. Because digital files are accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent, unless the file is corrupt or technically defective. In such cases contact us at hello@mindmylanguages.com and we will resolve the issue promptly. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Licence
A single purchase licence covers one educator and their own classes. Resources may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to any platform, or shared with other educators outside your own classroom without written permission from MindMyLanguages. For school or departmental licensing contact us at hello@mindmylanguages.com.
Payments
South African customers pay in ZAR via PayFast. International customers pay in USD via PayPal. All transactions are processed on the respective payment provider's secure platform. MindMyLanguages does not store any payment card information.
Intellectual property
All resources on MindMyLanguages are original works protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission from MindMyLanguages.
Limitation of liability
MindMyLanguages resources are educational support materials and are not a substitute for qualified teaching. We make every effort to ensure accuracy and CAPS alignment but cannot be held liable for results in any assessment or examination. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase made.
